The variety of landforms in India including the mighty mountains and lush valleys are an integral part of ecosystem. India has nine colossal mountain ranges separated from each other by beautiful calm rivers; The Himalaya, Western Ghats, Eastern Ghats, Aravalli, Shivalik, Nilgiri, Satpura and Vindhya densely populated with immense forests growing plenty of rare flora also housing a wide range of fauna.
