Aksa Beach

Aksa Beach is About 27 kilometers from Mumbai city. The waterfront has the base of the Indian navy, INS Hamla on one end, and a small beach – Dana Paani on the other.

This beach is known to be the cleanest beach in Mumbai. The beach is located on the outskirts of the Western quarter of Malad. The beach is also known to be of the longest coastlines of the region.

The beach extends to INS Hamla at one end, which serves as a base of the Indian Navy, and another small beach called Daana Paani is located here. Marve Beach is usually known because it is the beach used to connect to Essel World and the Water Kingdom.

How to reach Aksa beach

The Aksa beach is approximately 9 km from Malad station and 12 km from Borivali. It is accessible from Malad station (western line) by BEST bus no. 271 and bus no. 269 from Borivali Station, apart from private transport and autorickshaws. Read More
