Dadar Mumbai is the only place in India that has both the Eastern and Western railway lines dividing the area into the east and west parts respectively.

The Dadar Railway station is the busiest and crowded station of Mumbai, at the same time with the east section known as Dadar T.T and the west section known as Dadar B.B.

The common railway station both to the Central and Western lines makes the station a transit point for thousands of passengers. It is well-connected by trains as well as road transport for obvious reasons.

Only a few kilometers away from the Chatrapati Shivaji Bus Terminus and Santa Cruz Airport.

In the city there is also a very popular vegetable market. The Flower (Phul) Market and Chaityabhumi in Dadar Mumbai are very famous for their kind.
