Sharing our experience in detail, hope it helps someone. We built our 4th house and from previous experience, we were certain about few things. 1. Never opt for carpentar finish. It will deteriorate much faster. 2. We didnt want to pay hefty designer fees. 3. Wanted service directly from factory. No mediating firms. Out of 8 companies, meeting with Syed stood out. We made advance in 2 days and they were good through out. We liked the designs and execution was smooth. Very happy with service.
