They don't even deserve 1 star. If possible, I could have given them negative stars also. The worst experience with them. Kept stranded outside farm house on 1st night itself on winter night with mother 75 years and other family members. Had to cancel the trip and they refunded only partial amount. This is by far the worst travel agency I have ever encountered. If you are even thinking of booking with Travel On Ease, stop right now. What they do is take money, make fake promises, and then completely abandon you. The booking was done months in advance. They were very responsive while collecting the advance payment—after that, total silence. As the travel date came closer, getting a response from them became a nightmare. Travel On Ease – Worst Experience Ever (Scam Alert) Travel On Ease is completely unreliable and appears to scam customers. I booked a customized trip through them, and Neha and Sahil Kapoor were the people responsible for arranging and coordinating everything for my trip. The trip was supposed to start from Delhi on December 24, but they failed to provide any proper updates or confirmations. Despite repeatedly contacting Neha and Sahil for three days, I was only told, “we’ll update you later.”

Pathetic, poor communication, customer harrassment, money looters. Don't even think of booking from travelOnEase. It's full of scam they might have given some okay trips but you never know when they do the dirty tricks with your and your whole vacation will get ruined which they do very often. So guys be aware and stay away from these guys. Don't fall with positive reviews trap
